Monday 28 April to Saturday 3 MayMonday 28 AprilToday Commissioner Joe Borg, Commissioner for Fisheries and Maritime Affairs is visiting the South West. Graham will join Cssr Borg at a breakfast meeting in Exmouth where presentations will be given by two key Devon maritime projects, the Atlantic Array and the Marine Protected Areas. Cssr Borg will then give a keynote address followed by a question and answer session. Graham will then accompany Cssr Borg on a boat trip from Exmouth along the South West's Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, together with other South West stakeholders and to have an informed discussion about maritime policy, policy issues that the region and Europe will face in the future eg the potential for using maritime space for renewable energies as opposed to fishing. From Exmouth Graham will travel to Exeter and then on to Swanage to campaign for the local elections on 1 May. Tuesday 29 AprilThis morning Graham continues his doorstep campaigning in Cheltenham - supporting local candidates. Graham then has a meeting with a constituent in Cheltenham regarding the ever growing problem of cyber fraud. Wednesday 30 AprilGraham travels to Berlin today for a series of meeting with German Liberal Democrats including Party Leader Guido Westerwelle. In the evening he will take part in a national radio debate on EU issues. (Graham is a German speaker, having learned the language first at school in Bath.) Thursday 1 May and Friday 2 MayGraham will host a European election strategy meeting for European Liberal Democrat colleagues. Saturday 3 MayOn Graham's return to his constituency he will attend a Concert hosted by the Crewkerne and District Twinning Association of the visiting bands from Igny and Bures sur Yvette, who will perform with pupils from Maiden Beech School and Wadham School. Following this Graham will address the gathering.
