Euro-MP comes-a-knockin' in Bridport for resident's views!

Residents in Bridport should expect a call from their local Euro-MP today, when Graham Watson MEP hits the streets to collect resident's views as part of a Lib Dem "Action Weekend" in the town.

Watson will join Lib Dem parliamentary candidate Sue Farrant and other local campaigners, to carry out a Residents Survey on a wide variety of issues and drum-up support for the Lib Dem's campaign in the area.

Watson said;

"Sue has always worked hard to get the voice of West Dorset heard, and I am looking forward to campaigning with her on Saturday.

"It will also be a great opportunity to get the views of people in the area to take to the European Parliament."

He also hopes to pay a visit to 10:10 Campaign stall, which will be held in the market all morning and aims to encourage individuals to take action on the environment.

The Lib Dem team will be meeting at St Mary's Church Hall, South Street, Bridport at 10.00 am.
