"Corruption is unacceptable, regardless who is involved" - Watson

Commenting on the cross-border investigation into alleged wrongdoings by EU officials, European Liberal Democrat Leader Graham Watson said: "European citizens can be reassured by the fast and effective reaction of the authorities to allegations of corruption of public servants. In some Member States this would not have happened. Corruption is unacceptable regardless who is involved".
